Our Services
We have extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Reiki, Western and Eastern Massage Therapy, and Yoga and Meditation. With this base of knowledge and practices, we offer customized bodywork services that cater to the individual goals and needs of each participant. After a thorough initial discussion, your first session will encompass a relaxing healing session that may include any or all of the following interventions: Massage and Acupressure, visceral massage, Reiki and/or Jin Shin Jyutsu energy healing, Tui Na and deep tissue massage, myofascial release and lymphatic massage, cupping, gua sha, far infrared heat, and topical oils to restore balance and vitality. Sessions utilize slow, sometimes subtle techniques to work with the nervous system, allowing the body to safely and gently unwind, unblock, and open the doors to deep healing on all levels.
Our Philosophy
We are each born with a sacred freedom that is limitless, powerful, and sovereign. This freedom encompasses deep, soulful wisdom that is ever-present and intuitively knowledgeable, but sometimes it can become stuck, buried, or hidden. Sometimes it craves intentional reminders to reawaken and reconnect with the infinite potential of the body's wisdom- to heal, to grow, to move, to evolve, and to thrive. In our one-on-one sessions, we work to cultivate this re-awakening and connection through deeply therapeutic bodywork and energy work, harnessing the life force by working with the body as the direct messenger of vitality. Honoring and following the body's guiding wisdom ultimately leads to resolution, inner transformation, and radical healing.
